ALE distribution of HR Master Data

Two ways to send  employees Hr master data from ECC HCM into other SAP systems such as CRM/SRM/ e-Recruiting system through idocs.

1. PFAL:- HR: ALE Distribution of HR Master Data

Program Name: RHALEINI

T code :PFAL

PFAL is a standard SAP transaction code available in R/3 SAP systems to send all employees data from HCM into other SAP systems through idocs. It is used to transfer bulk Hr records from SAP ECC Hr system to other Sap system.ie Initial load of HR master records to a System.

Steps to execute PFAL (Send HR master records)

1.Plan Version 01.

2. object type as P.

3. Object ID (Give Personnel numbers)

4.Select the transfer mode (Update-If personnel details are already available in the system to which  send data or Insert-If data send for the first time)

5. Receiving Partner

6. Message type as HRMD_A or HRMD_ABA

7.No per process

8.Execute the Program.

HR  Message Types to send data Idocs

1. HRMD_A: To distribute hr data from the HR system to other SAP systems

2.HRMD_ABA:To distribute data from the HR system to systems based on an SAP application basis system, such CRM,SRM.

 Report         :RBDMIDOC 

Standard T code to send  delta/daily Hr data from SAP ECC HR to other systems.It is not suitable of bulk initial load of HR data to other system. It is suitable to send daily Hr records update(delta) to other system.

If  we run this program today  ,the program will automatically pick up info types that has changed today & send only changed  infotype records(not all infotypes of a particular employee).

We can schedule this program daily  as a background jobs using t code Sm36 to  send daily updates to other systems.

Steps to execute BD21 (Send delta HR master records)

1.Enter t code BD21

2.Select message type : HRMD_ABA or HRMD (to send Hr records)

3.Execute
